1. The Return Window

We offer a 14 days return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags intact, and in its original premium packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their limited nature or hygiene standards:

  • Bespoke or custom-tailored garments.
  • Final sale or archived collection pieces.
  • Intimate apparel or fragrance (if the seal is broken).

3. The Exchange Process

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

4. Refund Settlement

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
